Karen & Alonso (Haflinger)
Aileen did a reading on my horse, Alonzo, and had a lot of interesting and useful information to pass on that would seem hard to guess at.
In particular I was left open mouthed by something that she said. I have copied it verbatim, here it is…
He would like more one on one personal sessions… and wants you to ‘sing’ to him. Did he hear you singing? Or did you even to another horse? Because he wants to be sung to.
The last thing I heard, over and over and don’t know what it could mean, was, ‘Sugar Pie.’
“Sugar Pie. Sugar Pie. Sugar Pie.” He wouldn’t tell me why he said it or what it meant… I almost felt like he really, wanted to call you that.
When I first got Alonzo I had a mare (now sadly deceased) named Sugar and I used to sing the Four Tops song “I Can’t Help Myself” to her all the time.
The lyrics start out, “Sugar Pie Honey Bunch, You Know that I love you.” No one (human) heard me sing that song, it was our private thing, but I sang it to her all the time.
As far as I am concerned only a horse could have told Aileen that.
