Open Your Heart is your Angel Message for August 25, 2014 to September 7, 2014.
The Angels would like to send you more blessings.
They have asked that you consciously, ‘Open Your Heart’, so as to be able to receive these blessings. “What is the best way to accomplish this?” I asked. They replied, in sharing this method with you.
Find a quiet place.
Sit and be rested.
Close your eyes, take several, long, deep, slow breathes in, then out.
As you find your peace, continue this easy breathing, slowly and deeply as rhythmically as a dreamer’s waltz.
Now while in this very rested position and place, think of who/what you love unconditionally, most in the world.
Fill your mind with your most precious image. Is it a baby? A puppy or kitten? A moment in time with a loved one? Perhaps with your Guardian Angel? Or maybe it is of a special place on God’s Earth or in His Heaven?
Imagine this thought, this picture, the feeling you are experiencing in your head is inside a pink, energy ball inside of an elevator.
As the doors close, press the button that says ‘heart’….
Allow the pink energy ball to lower.
Feel it go down, down, deeper and deeper until you can feel this person, friend, pet or place, deep in the center of your heart….
Allow this wonderful image to settle in there.
Now think of the most amazing thing that could ever happen between you and this wonderful expression of love and light that you are holding in your heart….
See the pink ball of love-energy now grow bigger and bigger from your glorious love-filled thoughts and feelings.
Notice, it becomes so very big that your whole body is now inside this vibrant, pink energy ball.
Feel even deeper, about that which you love so very much, invite us, your Angels in to share these moments and watch your love grow even more.
Feel as we help you expand your heart even further.
Take as much time as you want in this deep, warm and enveloping energy you have created, as it opens your heart wider and wider.
Breathe deeply and enjoy this wide-open heart sensation. You are protected and completely safe in this open-heart space.
When you are ready, gently open your eyes, place your hand on your heart and bless yourself.

Go out into your world and allow your Light and love-filled heart to bless all, wherever you go.
You will immediately see the difference everywhere around you. People and pets will respond to you graciously, kindly, more happily and lovingly than ever before.
Unexpected ‘good luck’ and happy surprises will flow to you because now, you are expressing your shining Light of God, you are in your God-heart.
Share this loving heart with all you come across.
Keep your heart open and watch your world open widely for you.
Do this exercise upon awakening, as you fall asleep or anytime throughout your day.
It only takes a few, brief moments to open your heart and positively change your world.
