Rest! Relax! Rejuvenate! is your Angel Message for August 22, 2016.

O.k., so I’m the first one who always said, ‘When you rest, you rust!’

However, with age comes wisdom! (hope eternal!)

So take it from me, when you rest, you rejuvenate!

And that is SO much more productive, and it feels really, really good, too!

It’s not that we mean to run on empty, with frazzled nerves, short-tempered and driving everyone around us crazy.

No! That comes with the territory of over-work, overwhelm and not enough sleep.

Sound familiar? I’ll bet it does!

But don’t listen to your spouse, children, family and friends, or even me. Listen to the angels!

They are here:

If you remembered why you came into earth-living; you would stop everything.

And just breathe.

Then, take in all the miraculous wonder, that your body is.

It was especially created just for you, to experience, learn and expand your soul.

You would take in that breath.

Notice the sweetness of it, and what it feels like to draw it deep inside of you.

Let the action fill all your senses…

What is its scent?

How does it taste, what does it feel like to draw it inside your expanding lungs?

You would remember.

You came here to experience the miracle of life.

You came to enjoy thoroughly, a walk in the park, the scent of a flower, to be in awe at the colours of a sudden rainbow.

All these things that Creator has made for you to experience and expand; were created, so you could experience them.

Savour each of them; all things that surround you, during your short stay on earth.

It would never cross your mind to rush.

Never cross your mind to take on so much that you missed the very things you came here to experience.

Catch yourself now.

Remember now.

Stop.

Look around you and listen and feel, and ask yourself, What is happening around you?

What are you experiencing through all your senses?

What does it feel like to hold a fresh summer fruit?

Have you even looked twice at the peach you bite into?

Noticed its colour, or noticed it’s perfect, juicy fleshiness?

You came here to enjoy life!

Never to have it pass you by, in the making of ‘x’ amount of dollars.

It is not the amount of money that will make you rich, but rather, the richness of your experience here.

Therefore, savour it.

This great journey will be over in a blink of an eye and when you come back to the heavenly realms and your soul-friends ask you,

What was it like to hold a baby?

What was it like to feel kisses on your cheek from a rescued pet who is trusting you, for the first time?

What was it like to witness the glory of an autumn forest?

What did your mother’s home cooking smell like?

Will you be able to explain the richness of these experiences?

Or will you only say, “At the end, I had made ‘x’ amount of dollars in the bank.’

There is no chastising in chopping wood and carrying water.

However, there is, a profound sadness when you do not stop to notice the red Cardinal, and his song.

When you take the time to stop the busyness, and lift your eyes to see the bounty of your world, you are rewarded.

One-hundred fold.

When you are rested and rejuvenated, you can hear us.

We were sent to help you, and we have the answers that will help you along your way.

Take time for you, and hear us!
