The Angel of Purity

The Angel of Purity is your Angel Message for September 14, 2017, to September 28, 2017.

One of the very best things you can do for your body and soul, is to cleanse it.

I’m talking about a thorough inner house-cleaning here in addition to the outer.

You know you need to clean your physical body when it is dirty and you stink.

Without hesitation, you will jump into the bath or shower and clean yourself up.

Sadly, many people stop there when there is so much more to do, to feel and be your very best!

Have you been feeling a bit sluggish lately?

Hard to wake up bright-eyed and bushy-tailed?

Are you packing on a few (or a lot) of extra pounds?

Even slim people with great metabolisms sometimes eat foods that do not fully enhance their Being.

You too, can use a good tune-up every now and then!

Look then, to your physical diet and clean it up.

Start by removing packaged and chemically processed foods, sugars, and drink.

Begin to eat foods as pure to Mother Earth as you can.

Fresh fruits and vegetables, eaten raw, are the tastiest, and most health-giving substances you can ingest!

Either grown by you, or from your local farmer’s market, there awaits a bounty of delicious, freshly harvested, life-giving foods.

The Angel of Purity also suggests that you clean your mind.

Release the chains that have kept you bound to old resentments, anger, regret, grief, and sorrow.

Clear away all stagnant and harmful thoughts that clutter and darken the shine of your mind.

Then feed your soul with thoughts and actions that bring you joy!

Listen to beautiful music. Sing!

Dance when the urge moves you…

Spend time with people and animals that lift your heart and make you smile.

Shift the balance of your life into spending more and more time on whatever uplifts you.

The Angel of Purity is here and wants to help you!
