Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese word used to describe
‘Universal Life Force Energy.’
The word ‘Rei’ means ‘Universal’
The word ‘Ki’ means ‘Vital Life Force’
Reiki= ‘Universal Life Force Energy’

This Japanese coined term, uses Universal Life Force Energy in either

a hands-on technique, involving the placement of certain hand positions on the body in order to channel Life Force or,
and in the purpose of this website’s service, ‘Distant Reiki’ where an Attuned Reiki Master will channel and send over any distance same Life Force Energy  that promotes deep relaxation and stress reduction.

When we are in a relaxed state we are able to dissolve tension, restore peace and vitality which in turn promotes healing, clarity and potentially so much more.
