Rest! Relax! Rejuvenate! is your Angel Message for August 22, 2016.

O.k., so I’m the first one who always said, ‘When you rest, you rust!’

However, with age comes wisdom! (hope eternal!)

So take it from me, when you rest, you rejuvenate!

And that is SO much more productive, and it feels really, really good, too!

It’s not that we mean to run on empty, with frazzled nerves, short-tempered and driving everyone around us crazy.

No! That comes with the territory of over-work, overwhelm and not enough sleep.

Sound familiar? I’ll bet it does!

But don’t listen to your spouse, children, family and friends, or even me. Listen to the angels!

They are here:

If you remembered why you came into earth-living; you would stop everything.

And just breathe.

Then, take in all the miraculous wonder, that your body is.

It was especially created just for you, to experience, learn and expand your soul.

You would take in that breath.

Notice the sweetness of it, and what it feels like to draw it deep inside of you.

Let the action fill all your senses…

What is its scent?

How does it taste, what does it feel like to draw it inside your expanding lungs?

You would remember.

You came here to experience the miracle of life.

You came to enjoy thoroughly, a walk in the park, the scent of a flower, to be in awe at the colours of a sudden rainbow.

All these things that Creator has made for you to experience and expand; were created, so you could experience them.

Savour each of them; all things that surround you, during your short stay on earth.

It would never cross your mind to rush.

Never cross your mind to take on so much that you missed the very things you came here to experience.

Catch yourself now.

Remember now.

Stop.

Look around you and listen and feel, and ask yourself, What is happening around you?

What are you experiencing through all your senses?

What does it feel like to hold a fresh summer fruit?

Have you even looked twice at the peach you bite into?

Noticed its colour, or noticed it’s perfect, juicy fleshiness?

You came here to enjoy life!

Never to have it pass you by, in the making of ‘x’ amount of dollars.

It is not the amount of money that will make you rich, but rather, the richness of your experience here.

Therefore, savour it.

This great journey will be over in a blink of an eye and when you come back to the heavenly realms and your soul-friends ask you,

What was it like to hold a baby?

What was it like to feel kisses on your cheek from a rescued pet who is trusting you, for the first time?

What was it like to witness the glory of an autumn forest?

What did your mother’s home cooking smell like?

Will you be able to explain the richness of these experiences?

Or will you only say, “At the end, I had made ‘x’ amount of dollars in the bank.’

There is no chastising in chopping wood and carrying water.

However, there is, a profound sadness when you do not stop to notice the red Cardinal, and his song.

When you take the time to stop the busyness, and lift your eyes to see the bounty of your world, you are rewarded.

One-hundred fold.

When you are rested and rejuvenated, you can hear us.

We were sent to help you, and we have the answers that will help you along your way.

Take time for you, and hear us!

Manifestation! is your Angel Message for August 7, 2016 to August 21, 2016.

I don’t know about you, but life keeps getting better, better and better!

The rough and tumble energies of earlier this year have eased into a soft and easy flow

Which makes me even more excited about waking up each morning and greeting the glorious day

Now, I understand, that when you aren’t experiencing this higher vibration, it can be rather annoying when someone talks to you about life, feeling so good.

But let’s face it. That’s exactly when you could use a wee bit of a listen.

The good news is, when you created the plan of your life before coming into earth-living, you weren’t a complete idiot.

You didn’t lay out a life-path of abject misery and ruin for yourself

What you did, was set forth a lesson plan for spiritual growth; Sprinkled, amongst a joyous cornucopious flow, of utter and complete bliss.

That this world, and only this world, offers up to you as a banquet of delights, experiencing ‘the physical,’ ’emotional’ as well as the spiritual.

So, what happened? You ask yourself, ‘What did I miss?’ WHY you ask, is my life such a mess?

What did you miss?

As I slap my hands up to my forehead, I give it over to the angels, and their infinite patience…

When your eyes first opened this morning, how many miracles did you see?

If you did not count even one-hundred before your feet touched the floor you missed, much.

How many did you notice and thank Creator for?

Did you give thanks for any of the many blessings in your life?

Did you give thanks for your eyes that opened and could see?

That hands who hold the fingers that can rub the sleep from them, and do so much more!

Did you give thanks for the phenomena you call, ‘body’ given to you by Creator?

And all the miraculous systems within it, that work ceaselessly for you, in as well as the fuel you give it.

Did you give thanks for fresh air you are breathing?

The window that tells you it is day-time, or the Sun shining through, which bestows so much upon your life?

Did you feel blessed in the bed you slept upon, with the warm blankets, and the loving companion, human or pet, by your side?

Next, did you notice, the comforts of your life, the clothes in your closet, the closest, the home which holds the closet?

Following the slippers your feet will soon slip into, and the ability to stand upon your legs, those to take you forth into the world today to experience that which you came here to do and be?

Did you thank Creator for the gift of your life

As there are billions of souls in spirit still waiting in line for such a chance.

We have worked ceaselessly behind the scenes to arrange for you, the ‘happenstance’ meetings that will make you smile, bring you joy and lift your vibration.

Did you notice the puppy in the park playing with abandon?

The baby who giggled at the stop-light, as you walked passed her on the street?

Were you stirred by the homeless man we placed before you, playing his soul-song on a harmonica?

Was your faith just a little renewed by watching the Grocery Clerk, carry heavy packages to the car of an elder?

Did you notice? Or did you miss all the sign-posts placed in your way to help lift you?

Beloved One, Creator has orchestrated joy to be found in every moment of your existence.

It is for you to see it and be uplifted.

When your vibration is buoyed up, you are dancing with the angels!

Here, is where you are inspired, encouraged and filled with the positive energy needed to manifest exactly what you desire.

Here, you live your life in triumph, capable, to receive ALL good things.

All of this, for just a smile, and a feeling of gratitude for this gift of life, Creator has given you.

Go out today, and manifest your magnificent life!

Therefore, miss nothing!

Your Harmonious World is your Angel Message for July 26, 2016 to August 6, 2016.

Throughout history, there are times and places around the world that experience chaos.

Some people furrow their brow and wring their hand’s feeling frustrated about the whole matter.

They believe that there is nothing that they, as a singular soul, can do to help change the situation.

The ‘great question’ comes up, and you wonder, ‘what can I do’ to make this world a better, safer, kinder world for everyone?

The answer to that, the angels tell me, is “take care of your part!”

The angels are here and are more than happy to show you the way if you but ask:

Indeed, you are of no help to yourself, nor the world, if you add to the vibrational kerfuffle by creating more negative energy by worrying.

It helps no one, and not one thing, if you use your precious energetic abilities and focused mental powers by adding fear, and frustration to the darkness.

Some, still do not understand, that earth and the humans upon her, are creating their reality by their own thoughts and deeds.

Therefore, if you do nothing but pine for a better world, can you not see that you are creating an energy vortex of sadness and lack?

As you are very much an integral part of the world around you and with every thought, you are adding to the world’s joy and uplift by your positive view of things, or you are creating more misery and difficulty by commiserating about the current, negative situation.

This world, your world, is exactly what you make of it.

If you want a higher vibrational world, Do your part and create it!

Think, act, BE in positivity and all that is good and light.

No, you are not avoiding, or burying your head in the sand when you do this.

Just the opposite, you are honing and turning it all around by focusing on the good, positive and light in this world.

Have you not heard the saying, ‘what you focus on expands?’

Is this then difficult to apply in the atmosphere of changing, creating and manifesting a brighter, better world?

Think on this information subsequently, Human…

Think upon it and take the power back into your own mind, and uplift and make a true, and positive change.

Not only for you, the One; but for everyone, the All.

Every thought and deed you initiate, contributes to the whole.

Therefore, make each, count. Be the powerful source of Light that you are, because it does matter.

Your every thought, helps change this world for better, or for worse.

If you seek a harmonious world, yes, indeed, then BE harmony.

Serapis Bey – Ascended Master is your Angel Message for July 11, 2016 to July 25, 2016.

When I tuned in for our angel message, Serapis Bey, stepped forward.

For those who do not know him, Serapis Bey is an Ascended Master.

He is someone, who was once human just like you, and me.

He went through many lifetimes of initiations, learning, and balancing karma.

During these lifetimes, (one of which, he was a High Priest in the Ascension Temple in Atlantis and escaped to Egypt with great knowledge, before its destruction) Serapis Bey experienced spiritual transformations and Awakenings until finally, he himself, became Self-Realized, and chose to serve humanity.

He raised his vibration to hold the Light, indivisible and as one with Source, no longer needing the birth/death cycle.

He is able to manifest himself, and share his knowledge, at will.

As the Egyptian Pharaoh Amenhotep III, in another of his earthly incarnations, he constructed the Temple of Luxor in Egypt.

He now teaches as Hierarch, of the Retreat of the Ascension Flame in the 5th dimensional level of this same Temple.

These are amazing times on earth.

Humanity is awakening to the truth of who we are and our capabilities.

More and more, souls are beginning to understand that it is ‘us’, and the power of our own mind in thoughts and deeds, which creates the experiences, good or bad, of our lives.

As someone well versed in this journey, Serapis Bey is indeed a loving, engaged and no-nonsense Teacher to those pledged to the path of their ascension.

You have only to make a firm commitment to this path, call upon him, and he is here for you.

He says:

Feel my arms and energy around you, supporting you.

Become quiet, feel into your heart-space and prepare to receive instruction on your next step.

All is well.

It is not so hard, nor strange.

Do not fear that you will be asked to go and do beyond your capabilities.

You are perfectly ready to step up and take your place among the masters. You must only decide, then choose your way.

What is your way?
That which brings you the most happiness and joy.
That is your way.

Take calculated moments from your day, and claim them as devotion, entirely to serve others.

Begin with what has been placed, right in front of you.

Because, you may be certain, what is placed before you, is for you.

What will you do?
Is there a human you can help in measure?
Perhaps a Beast or even insect?

Put forth your energy to serve in ~any way~ that you can.

Remembering, that your capacity to serve, is much broader than you may first realize.

This is your, ‘chop wood and carry water’ part of the ascension path.

Therefore, literally chop wood, and carry water to someone who cannot.

Alternatively, perhaps you are too pass along a knowledgeable answer, or give shelter and a piece of bread.

Offer a lift to someone in need, be it for their body or their Spirit.

Perhaps it is a cool bowl of water, on a hot day; or a safe-lift in a ‘travel-cup’ from a hot, window pane to the fresh outside.

The smallest kindness is seen
and recorded on your journey to ascension!

You will feel your heart swell from the elation, and satisfaction ‘service’ brings you.

Each builds upon the next until your days are filled with serving and the ultimate bliss that follows from a life, well-lived.

Do not be mistaken that service is beyond you, that you haven’t the time, heart or constitution, for ALL can serve in some capacity.

All can give a smile.

If this is all, you have to give today, then give this.

Your foot will be placed correctly for tomorrow, and the next day, and the succeeding.

Your ultimate bliss and the souls that you reach out to in unbridled joy, is your path to ascension.
